Your faith life is yours.

Just enough to run the product. Your name, email, the lessons you take, the deeds you share, and the groups you join. No address book, no contacts, no microphone.

We collect device basics — browser, OS, language — to keep things working and to debug issues. That data is aggregated and not sold.

We don’t sell your data. Ever. We don’t advertise to you inside VBS+. We don’t train AI models on your private content (Faith Journal, saved wisdom, private group messages).

We don’t share your prayer requests, your reflections, or your journal entries with anyone — including the people in your study groups — unless you choose to post them publicly.

Your Faith Journal is private by default and end-to-end visible only to you. We use it to populate your own profile. It is never indexed, never used for recommendations, never used to train models.

If you delete an entry, it’s removed from our systems within 14 days, including backups.

Good Deeds you share publicly, comments on lessons, and group messages are visible to others in your community. You can edit or remove them anytime.

Translation: when you write in one language and a group member reads in another, our AI generates a translation. The original is always available with one tap.

VBS+ is intended for people 13 and over. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we delete it.

Export everything: Settings → Privacy & data → Data export. We send a JSON + PDF bundle within 24 hours.

Delete everything: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. We remove your data within 30 days. Public Good Deeds are anonymized rather than deleted (so the encouragement they brought to others doesn’t vanish), unless you ask us to remove them too.

Active account data: as long as your account is active. Deleted account data: 30 days, then gone. Backups roll off within 90 days. Anonymous analytics: 24 months.
